Samsung makes 46% of mobile phones with Android

Android operating system is still the king. In overall, the Google platform takes over 60% of the market share (according to data from the last quarter), but the truth is that in Spain are still users who have decided to go for smart mobile beside the green robot, with 84% of the portion of the pie. But there is another company that also breaks records. We refer to the Korean Samsung. And at this point, we can say that 46% of the devices on the market running Android and are manufactured by Samsung. Not surprisingly, the company could also become a leader again in the annual distribution of smartphones worldwide. Motorola, for example, has halved its share as Android manufacturer, from 22% to 11% discreet. Something similar has happened with the Korean LG, although the decline was not as dramatic. The Samsung compatriot gets 9%, leaving 16% it represented in 2011, but retaining the fourth. All other manufacturers (could mention Sony Mobile, ZTE, Acer, Huawei ...) far exceed 18%, leaving the discrete 8% a year ago. The current state of things is this, but the truth is that things could be changing gradually. Do not forget that as Sony Mobile manufacturers are betting big on the launch of an increasingly wide range of terminals equipped with Android. In fact, Japan has not yet released any phone that does not work with this platform ...
